RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased through Maxarden.io. Purchases and payments are financially operated and processed through Clarius Invest AB, Sweden.

1. Digital Products

All products sold through Maxarden.io are digital products. No physical products are shipped or delivered.

Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access provided following purchase, all sales are generally final and non-returnable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Returns

Digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or transferred to your account.

For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, accidental purchases, or where a customer decides they no longer wish to use the product.

Please review the product description, compatibility information, features, and requirements carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Refunds

Refunds may be considered where:

The digital product contains a material technical defect that prevents it from functioning substantially as described.
You receive a product materially different from the product you purchased.
A duplicate payment or purchase has been made in error.
A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

If you experience a technical issue, please contact us first. We will make reasonable efforts to identify and resolve the issue before determining whether a refund is appropriate.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Unless required by applicable law, refunds will not normally be provided where:

You change your mind after purchasing the product.
You no longer need or wish to use the product.
You purchased the product by mistake.
You lack the software, subscription, account, technical knowledge, or other requirements necessary to use the product where those requirements were disclosed before purchase.
You have modified the product in a way that causes it to no longer function as originally intended.
You expected functionality, features, or services that were not included in the product description.

5. Digital Content & Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal for online purchases, that right may be affected once the supply of digital content has begun with the customer’s prior consent and acknowledgement, in accordance with applicable law.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact hi@maxarden.io with your order information, the product purchased, and a brief description of the issue.

Eligible refund requests will be reviewed individually. Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method.

DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

This Digital Product Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase and use of website templates and other digital products sold through Maxarden.io. Purchases and payments are financially operated and processed through Clarius Invest AB, a company registered in Sweden.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any digital product from Maxarden.io, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

2. License & Usage

Each website template is sold subject to a single-use license. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

The template may be used for one (1) website or project.
The license is granted to the original purchaser and may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, or transferred to another individual, company, or entity.
The template may be customized for the licensed project.
The template, whether modified or unmodified, may not be used to create templates or other digital products intended for resale or distribution.
A separate license must be purchased for each additional website or project.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that their use of the template complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform requirements.

3. Prohibited Actions

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share the template with unauthorized third parties.
Upload or make the template available on any publicly accessible platform for download, distribution, or duplication.
Use a single license for multiple websites or projects.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the template in its original or modified form.
Claim the original template design as your own product or offer it for sale or distribution.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All original template designs, layouts, visual systems, and associated original materials sold through Maxarden.io remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a template grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and customize the template for the project covered by your license. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the original template design or any associated intellectual property rights.

Any third-party assets, software, fonts, applications, integrations, or other materials included or referenced within a template remain subject to their respective owners’ terms and licenses.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of the products and the immediate access provided following purchase, all sales are generally final, except where a refund is required under applicable law.

If a template contains a material technical defect, please contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the issue. Where the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, a refund or other appropriate remedy may be considered.

6. Unauthorized Use & Enforcement

7. Amendments
